Danielle C. Robinson, MPH, PhD is a proud alumnus of the illustrious North Carolina Central University, where she studied biology and chemistry. She received her MPH from Purdue University and PhD from Walden University. Dr. Robinson serves as an epidemiology supervisor at the NC Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and professor in the Department of Epidemiology at University of NC at Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health. Her research and community efforts specialize in infectious diseases and health disparities. She is a member of several public health associations and boards. In her free time, she loves to serve her community as a Girl Scout Leader and member of Junior League, share poetry, travel, write, and attend cultural events.
